Update.

Went down Parson Ave. yesterday and saw something very interesting. Beside the usual drunks and hookers walking down the streets, there was the a site that just made me laugh. The old Johnny`s Pizza location,1336 Parsons Avenue to be exact. Owner is listed as Clyde and LaDonna Carter, a habitual Slumlord. The building had been ran into by a car once , and fixed by slapping whatever they had on hand to fix it. Then the shop closed, leaving the only Johnny`s Pizza open in the area down near Williams Rd. The 1336 location was left vacant , so instead of boarding up the door with plywood, they used, drumroll please, a door,lol. Seriously ! A SLUMMY AWARD should be award to the Carter family for this .
Now without a picture, I`ll try to describe the mess. The door is the type you use in a closet. No more description needed.
On to another matter.
City Council and Mayor Coleman have put out a proposed budgets, with cuts that affect us mostly in the non hiring of code enforcement officers.It`s in my humble opinion that if they were to do their job instead of playing politics, well...., but that`s my opinion, and opinions and fingers, most people have them.

New Blogger

We will soon have a new blooger on this page. I know, I haven`t really started myself and I`m already handing over the blogging duties over to someone else. Well, that`s not really true, she`ll just be a every so often, like when she feels like it, blogger. Her name is Linda Henry and she is a normal poster on our facebook page.Wont you all welcome her.

     We`ve got a facebook account . Actually , we`ve had it for several months . Before we got the blog started , we had a facebook account. On there we have many posters, with many pictures. Lots of houses found so far in our very short time as a group.Lots of slumlords exposed to the masses.
